holistic centered approach to assess children, families and other
individuals as well as assist in accessing appropriate health care
for those who are especially vulnerable to risk of long term, chronic
or serious medical problems that might otherwise be underserved by
the community. PNC’s nurse consultants have been an integral |

in formal community trainings to hospitals, school nurses, home care/visiting
nurse agencies, child protective case managers, and South Jersey Perinatal
Cooperative. PNC’s nurse consultants provides nursing assessment and case management to children and families that are at risk for abuse or neglect. PNC also provides training to foster and biological families in the care of children that have been neglected, abused or are medically at risk or fragile. |
